    Crash thanks sa reply, im still confused, coz i play basketball once a week in an effort to loss fat in my tummy and face area, mau mani ako probs... so i do the cardio thing.. and at the same time i lift weights (3x a week) to have defined muscles... what you think.. am i in the wrong path? thanks sa advice

    lift weights, more cardio, serious diet, = losing weight...

    good snacks, eat white eggs, wheat bread, oatmeal or even lean meat like chicken breast and steak..

    supplements can help you lose or gain weight but the main ingredient is your training!!!

    mga guys. kanang treadmill ko ba continuously for 30 mins nya 11.5kph ang speed nya indicate siya nga 520 calories burned. but after ana dili man ko kapuyon, does that mean i'm not burning enough calories? or kuwangan pa ang akong gibuhat? ganahan man gud ko anang feeling nga naghangos nas kakapoy ba. hehehehe

    if na anad naka sa threadmill bai, its either imu e inclined and threadmill or try another machine like a stepper or a bike...are u lifting weights? if so , lift weight first before doing threadmill...

    you can have a good workout still not feel tired... try lang what dick_boss said..

    bai, everytym mag gym ka or exercise, you should change different styles para mu react nasd imu lawas kay kng balik2 ra, mao na na anad na imu lawas... kami gani, every week change mi sa amu program sa gym, every week pama-ul amu lawas..heheheh! kng way pama-ol, way lami ang workout....
