I think it is a noble way of letting us know what's inside the President's office and what is going on. But my only concern is the Transparency Government link. I don't think PNoy can cope up with the demands even if he likes to. I'm just wondering if he had the time to actually read it. Maybe he is assigning it to his sisters and the sisters will compile and give priority to things that are of National interest and concern then PNoy will just act on it promptly. Maybe that's the way it is, I don't know. You guess is as good as mine.
