www.SSS.GOV.PH Website useless?

I can't check my SSS remittances... What's wrong with this website? How come every time I check, they're always DOWN? HRRRGGGG!!!

Not only that, many .gov.ph, like the cebu government forum, is down all the time.
They seem not to have proper admins there.

How come a government can't afford such equipment or a service like this one?
If their system is not good, then it's useless. hahahahaha.

Where's the budget?

Even an average lowbudget person could even improve his/her site if necessary. Does it mean that the government don't have enough management and maintenance?

yah, i think there's a problem sad sa ila system. Kron dili gyud ka ka log-in or mg make ug mga on-line inquiries.... der system sucks!!!!

sss.gov.ph is up karon, ambot lang unya or ugma, hehehe. den naa na clay My.SSS nga monitored by username and password, ang naka pait lang kay mo sulay unta ko ug register, mangayo man ug employer ID as in ID jud, dili man lang name sa company or employer.... who the hell knows their respective employer's ID? murag ang taga accounting ra sa kada company ang kabalo ana man cguro.... murag kulang cguro ug test run ilang registration da kay wala man naka bantay ani nga problema....
