hello mga website critics.. unsa man inyo ikasugyot? let me know lang para ma improve nako pag-ayo ang among website. thanks sa tanan. mabuhay ang mga pinoy webmasters.

its a pretty decent site.

now here are my con crit...

Optimization: took 88.3 seconds to load.. and its not too graphical for it to load that long. im using firefox with FasterFox extension.

Layout: I noticed that the center column and right column has a big gap in between. You might wanna check the codes for that.
The menu is set to centered alignment, why not left? and its pretty close to the table of your content. you might wanna shift them table down a bit.


Design: You might wanna improve the following:
- Header (colors are not just it... work on the colors. and the statue, need work on that too, its kinda out of placed. make a solid header or if you want a clean header design, then just plain typhography would do.)
- Menu (again, colors)

mas nindot siguro kung ang ibutang nimo sa left menu kay katong mga important links only... instead of miscelanious links...
just transfer the miscelanious links to the rightmost part of the menu bar... or just make it a part of the OTHERS menu...

Here are some things you need to improve on:

1. Shorten the height of the logo/header. It takes up a lot of space. And... it needs a lot of improvement on the creative side. You used blue so take advantage of it.. The proper use of blue can make your site more pleasing and cool to look at.

2. Optimization-wise, Flashfreak is right about the loadtime. Dugay sya for a page that consists 70% text.

3. Right-clicking is disabled. Not recommended.

4. Text seems to overlap the pictures in the "FEATURED URIANS OF THE MONTH" and " URIOS COLLEGE NEWS". From that alone, my guess is that you are not using tables in layouting these areas. I suggest you use tables to setup your text and images. (I used Firefox when I viewed your page)

5. Title of your page is very important. Instead of "official website of Urious College, Butuan City", I suggest "Urious College of Butuan City - One of the Philippines's Finest Universities", since you ranked no.14 in the country.

6. Fix your layout, most especially the middle portion of the page.
