    i've read an interesting article in Reader's Digest about diets and losing weight.. it says that there is no one diet or no "magic bullet" to lose weight.. it says that different people may react differently to different diets... i think it was the December 2005 issue.. i tried searching their site but didn't find it but instead found more interesting articles.     98% of diet2x will NEVER work.. sure it may create quick results but at what price?

    people react diffrently because not all people eat the same stuff everyday and everytime..

    must advisable gud bro six small meals a day

    i eat less dyd.. 1/2 cup ra dyd na rice more un vege foods,fish but pork i only eat often like in a week once or twice nya ginagmay ra dyd kaayo.. & i do my workout everyday except sunday.. sa pag adopt ra na sa lawas nnyo... been doing this na 4 3 weeks na anad anad na sd ko.. dghan mn sd kog stored energy mn gd & dat s "FATS" ... lose 6.5 lbs in 3 weeks na :mrgreen: , my weight rn is 256 lbs from 262.5lbs.. hinay hinay lng gd pero consistent dyd.. :mrgreen: motivated dyd ka.. sa imo raman sd ng kaugalingon kng discipline lng dyd.. aayyytt!!
