    No problem man ang Japan ky they can defend their selves naman. Well how would Japan be a Major World Power if it couldn't protect itself from nukes, I mean most Global Powers like UK for example has a missile defense program.
    this goes back to the question as to HOW countries with nukes are going to use those weapons. NoKor and Iran, for example, certainly don't intend to use their weapons like what the other nuclear-owning superpowers intentions are.

    Nitan-aw ko anang salidaha recently, and while I found the movie so hopelessly boring, it did highlight the fact that GREED is the supreme driving force behind almost every unmentionable act in history. We always want more. We want everything to ourselves. And we are prepared to do anything to accomplish that goal. I really think that in the end, it is not natural disasters that will finish off humanity, but our GREED.

    if in the Philippines? No Need.... Even if it is Nuclear power plant, No Need. we have our own resources...

    depende sa need sa Nasud!! if they're using it in the rightful way via energy source wala ra siya blema, mentality mn gud sa mga taw once nag carry ka ug Nuclear Plant = mass destruction dayon..mao ng daghan jd mo object kung ang nasud mo develop ug nuclear power plants...
