I do it in the morning and I do it before I sleep too, can't get enough of it at times.
breathing exercise would be good before getting up, after which, drink 2 glass of water and start doing your routine for the morning exercise.
don't forget that morning and evening exercise, if you choose to do evening too, are not the same exercise routine.
after exercise, wait for 15 mins before drinking water.
morning exercise consists of basic stretching and cardio while you might like to do yoga or muscle relaxing routine in the evening.
although, different people have different routine.

tama man sad na, pero mostly kana man gud sya pang warm up form lang man gud...kung baga, not the main course
