    soft bland diet... try steam or grilled foods lang.. ayaw kaon ug fried... ni niwang ko ani sauna...

    then TEA , i heard nga effective way gud cya to loose belly fats .
    naa mo ika suggest EFFECTIVE nga TEA ?
    daghan man ko na kit-an ko but wla koy feedbacks about ana nga tea :/

    Yes, I heard lots of sources pud na effective daw ang tea. Opt for green tea as it doesn't stain your teeth. Plus it's better than other variants daw. Don't go with powdered teas, like lipton. Go with tea na leaves jud ang gamit.

    exercise combined with proper diet and enough sleep + determination and discipline = 6 packs!
