I got a problem,
i have tried Head & Shoulder and some anti dandruff pero wla man na wla..
UNsay suggestion ninyo?

nya shampoo dn massage scalp for about 2-3 mins. dn inig rinse nimo massage lng gypon imong scalp hangtud ma feel na nimo wala na shampoo nabilin..
mao rana. worked for me, dn tip pd diay, lain2x ang tao so try ka different shampoo nga mu angay sa imong hair/scalp.

one thing pud kay mag hair spa ka. coz it works from within man daw ingon ang uban.. so i guess it'll also work with your scalp.

Usa sad ma ka cause sa kaspa kay stress bya.. so try lang pud og tan awa unsay stressor nimo kay basi mao na ang maka cause imo kaspa..

Nizoral is good but medyo expensive lng...

try to apply cider vinegar mix lng lemon cguro pra dli kayo baho, massge it on your scalp b4 taking a but leave it there for 10 to 15 minutes.. then wash it thoroughly with shampoo.
