I found this article about recent problems with the LaSalle basketball program. It seems their team has internal issues, and Macmac is not even on the team yet - still in team B.

It could work two ways: (1) more players will bolt out based on dissatisfaction with the LaSalle organization and give Macmac more exposure and playing time; or (2) Macmac will also be among the players dissatisfied and he will be regretting his choice of leaving Ateneo and his basketball drive will be diminished as he will be disillusioned by all the politiking.

For his sake, I hope it will be the former and not the latter.

Double edged sword. Abanilla plays a lot of people. Sometimes the better players may actually be losing PT to the not so good ones because of his system of giving playing time.

I think Macmac has better skills than most PGs in the DLSU line up except for Revilla. He could actually be losing PT to the lesser guys in this scenario. At least with the Pumarens once you sign the management contract you are guaranteed PT.
