daghan estorya ani wala natu mahibal e, pero para nako diko ka blame sa landlord kay daghan nana silag experience sa wala mamayad ug late nga mobayad. Likay nalang diha ug pag andam ug daghang deposito kong mobalhin ka kay maneguro ng mga magpaabang ron.

I know what you mean.. but this is not the case. we paid on time and this is not the first time she tried to kick us out sa apartment.
Back then she used to text us that she wants us out of the apartment in a WEEK, sometimes less than a WEEK or max would be 2 weeks. She is unpredictable and could not even give us the reason why she wants to kick us out.
The last time she wanted to do that i think was around March and when we talked about the deposit, she said my bf paid her only 1 month deposit.. but of course we had the receipt and showed it to her..
It happened few times as well that she told us we did not pay the rent for this month and that... and again showed her the receipt..

Its not just us who are having problems with her... Its all her tenants.
A company is paying for the rent of one of her tenants.. and the HR MANAGER of export company in MEPZA told us she is arrogant and that she talks really nasty to her..
She has issues with the others who used to rent at her place too.As much as Id like to talk about this the whole day of how she treats her tenants.. but I dont have the time, this is not even half of it yet.

Pwede ra man unta maki'g storya og tarong ang landlady, dili kay mag pataka og istorya ang landlady og ning-abot pa sa police, kay wala sila nagkasinabot sa schedule sa tenant..

ok ra man mo-demand, in a right and respectful manner.. dili nga mag-scandal para lang makuha ang gusto og mahimo dayon og teleserye ang ilang kinabuhi..

If naa mo contract TS, review it pud, kung wala and if you really want to stay there, pahimo nalang mo, aron kung unsa ba ron mahitabo naa mo reference..

You are right - Pwede ra man unta ma istoryahan ug tarong.. i tried... but she refused. Instead nagda sya ug brgy tanod and asked him to pick me up without any valid reason.. Gipaka uwawan ko niya.
She made all of this trouble tungod lang kay na late siya sa scheduled time to pick up the rent and threw it back to us..
My bf was there 5.45pm till 635pm few other tenants saw him ..he waited for her text kay ang sabot was 6pm.. and got nothing from her.. he had to leave cos he had another appointment at 7pm.
If she was decent enough to at least let us know that she will be late.. Dili unta ma in-ani...

My BF spoke to the Administrator in Sunny Hills regarding her sending someone to check me up and that shes been harassing me and got the guard to interview who ever is going to our place and ask about me. We already paid the rent for the month and we will leave as soon as we find another place to stay. We just want to leave the place alive and in peace.
I know she wont stop bothering us even until we leave the apartment.. People who used to rent her place has warned us. I dont know why shes making a big issue of something so small.

thats true.. she is indeed a psychopath... magpa blotter na lang me today. i did not want to make a big issue out of it.. but everyday she just keeps on pushing the button...
