this is what happened:
working pa man akong laptop pero nikalit ra ug kapawong ang suga sa monitor (you can still see the icons and navigate around,lisod lng kay way suga) nya ingon nila na ilisan daw ang inverter. gitry nako, d man mu-work...so lcd nalang jud ang ilisan.

why don't you bring your lappy to the HP shop in SM or Ayala. have it fixed there.

Im not sure but i think its the backlight that is busted, the inverter powers up the entire LCD screen.
