a friend of mine got into an accident a stupid jeepney crash into him to cut the story short it was the jeepnys fault!

now the driver has no money .... so at the lto office after finding out it was the jeepneys fault the cop took the j drivers license now my friends worried that the owner of the the jeep (the operator) will never pay & will just leave the jeepney driver license there!! wala man kuno nag pakita ang tag iya didto ang diver ra! unsay hold sa ako friend para ma bayran cya or unsay best solution para ma teach pud ning mga drivers & operators a lesson??

kinsay naay contact sa lto lami kaayo ipa preso na ang mga buang nga paras na driver!
e goverment nalang tingali na ang mga jeep then e screen ug e train tanan ang mo apply,,,kiat kaayo ni sila karon mag ikis ikis sa kalsada!!!!
