Yeah there are lots of spa sprouting all over the city, but if you do have a great service and nice relaxing ambiance, for sure people will visit your place often. Malls ok pud coz there's a lot of people traffic but rent is a bit expensive. Along talamban area would be one good target since there are lots of subdivision.

Incase you want to pud up a Spa, maybe you want to venture into franchising, my sis in law's spa is now open for franchising for P250k only, started on the year 2000, have facial and body treatments and products. Pm me if your interested.

Bisag asa basta dunay adequate parking. Anyway if your Spa is good people will go there wherever it is as long as their cars are safely parked. Most people who go to the spa are the upper middle class and those driving cars.
