HOW to FORMAT USB to FAT

I have a mp3/mp4 Player made in China like the one display on the streets of colon. 8G in capacity. the problem is that when i stores files on it and transfer to a another computer, the files are now corrupted. made some studies on the said USB. found out that the file system was on FAT32. As i view in the manual, viewed instructions indicated in the manual the ff:

3. please select "FAT" when PC format and please do not select "FAT32", if select "FAT16/FAT32", will appear DOSERROR and can not only. Once the above problem occur. Please follow the instructions to hand format the player...

question:

is there any software or anything that would format to plainly FAT (not FAT16/FAT32) in my USB?.... Made research on the internet but failed to find 1.

so imong g-usa ang storage file and mp4/mp3 ? pagpalit nalang usb drive for you data ... sa cdrking barato pa.

8Gb will not fit in a FAT(FAT12 if not FAT16/32) partition it is only used for diskettes.
FAT btw, is commonly called FAT16. FAT16 also cannot to format 8Gb drives. AFAIK, 2Gb ra siya kutob.
FAT32 is most probably you need.

You could partition the drives though into numerous smaller FAT12 or FAT16 slices. But this is not efficient.

Guyz, i found out na memory hack daw ni na style.... heard namo ana.... inig release sa item 8Gb pero 1GB ra d.i ang sulod..... paets
