need advice on digicam or vidcam purchase

like the title says, i need advice on buying either a digital cam or video cam. budget for digicam is 20k or less and vidcam is 35k or less. what are the best models i can get for my money? i dont know too much about digicam and vidcam technology, i just want a good,well performing, reliable product from a reputable company. looking forward to hearing your knowledgable input.

SONY T100 in sony square are only 20k or less nalang
-double anti-blur daw na siya and has internal memory and 3 in. screen

CANON IXUS70 is less than 20k nalang pud
CANUN IXUS75 less than 20k gihapon.. mga 19k+

mine is canon ixus70
and so far so good...

for 20k below you can only really get a decent point and shoot. depende sa imong needs. for me i got the Sony H7 it's not a dslr but a point and shoot camera with alot more features close to a dslr with 15x zoom, face detection and stuff. it's cool though its not a girly girl slim camera. its a chunky piece of quality engineering and optical technology. currently cost 31k though. bummer.
