2: buhat ko program transparency sa tanan transaction iwas sa corruption
3: bayad tanan utang sa pinas, reset to zero
4: tanang convicted corrupt senador/congressman/official, stone to comatose(di lng death para di ta murderer)
5: educate all voters para kamao na mo pili inig election
6: non tax payers not allowed to vote
7: set educational qualifications on all gov't post
8: beautify cebu sa way pabor-pabor, cebuano gud ta. istoryans no. 1 priority to suggest.. toink!

I would release the source code for the Windows operating system as Open Source. I'd probably release it with a BSD license, depending on how beneficial it would be to Microsoft. I'm amenable to GPLv2 though.

I'll also pour my resources into grid computing and virtualization research so that Microsoft can offer its software as a service (a distribution model that makes sense with Open Source), and will remain relevant 10 yrs from now.
