you can use Nero CD/DVD Speed for almost all drives which support PIE/PIF scanning like Lite-on, NEC (later models), Pioneer, BenQ, etc., accessible via the Quality Scan tab

ok i'll try that. i used the Qscan and all my media were unacceptable to it. i used different brands and format. same thing.
