Hi there guys!
Long time no post... Been very busy at work.
Hope you could help me... I'm planning to open a 24 hrs restaurant bar with live bands here is cebu city soon with parking space.

Do you know any owners to inquire to or suggest any particular place that would be very feasible for this type of business?

If so... kindly PM me the location, how much is the rent, contracts & terms, other necessary informations that would help...

talamban area is progresssive... you may want to check this new place (arcade) and try to have an idea whether the place is feasible for this kind of business... again, it's progressive. it's up to you how you setup your restobar.

for areas near call centers is a good idea, agents can hangout before they go to work and/or after, but you have many competitors... and for this issue, just be sure to have a captivating name of your business and a very very good setup, hire a very good interior designer... other than good business name, nice setup, good food and drinks, and music, ---> what else can you offer to customers?

The talamban area is already growing with malls its best if its in CT Arcade since there are around 4-5 villages that pass by it everyday and sometimes at night alot of people stop by but it really depends on whats on the building not the location.
