i once proposed this on 2003's youth congress. but sadly, it was turned down.

i am in favor of abolishing. no offense to some pro's here, but it ddnt show up considerable good and influence actually. might as well focus on the barangay hall nalang.

I have friends that are SK Chairman/Chairwomen.
They go to recreational activities and stuff. Like once, a friend of mine told me that they went to boracay together with other chairman. She said it was free. Yeah right, good grief. I know that the money spent was from our taxes. They could've just spent it on other projects.
