there's one along ramos st., across from St. Paul review center. it's on the 2nd floor of that building where a Park n Go bakeshop is. i dont know the rates. check it out for yourself bro.

^^mura ra kag naa sa internet cafe nga cubicle. wala lng nuon computer and you you have to bring your own study material.
