Yup. mas rare and expensive. Pwede siya i dog show pero under rare dog category sila. Dili siya pwede mo sulod sa GSD black and Tan Category. Imo kontra kay White GSD pud or other rare colored breeds.

Pero nice man gud siya... Elegant kaayo tan-awon...

@ Rochelle: It is not allowed in the GSD category if thats what you mean. It is rare by the way... and it is expensive though not intentionally. It is a totally different category of GSD. Some WGSD fanciers regard them as a separate breed but others disagree coz they are pure bred GSD's inheriting a genetic color disorder.

The Debate Against WGSD's is very political and confusing. If you want to know more search White German Shepherds on the net and be educated.

I agree with you mikki, debates on this isssue is quite messy. But the fact remains that it is a result of genetic disorder. Its notÂ* separate breed kasi same breed lang yan sila iba nga lang kulay nya. The color of its coat hasÂ* a specific function for the well being of the dog. Tulad lang yan ng albino na tao di ba? di mo naman pwede sabihing ibang breed sila kasi mapuputi kulang lang sa pugment but still tao pa rin breed nila.

Wala nako na join kay wala time, I bought this one at 20T. I also bought a male from manila @ 18T. All their bloodlines are imported thats why its worth every penny. Does your friend's WGSD a male? I need a stud kasi thats white for my female, 5 months pa kasi male ko.
