i just wanna ask my fellow istoryans that im planning to buy a videocard with just a budgeted amount..my motherboard is just ecs 4MA model which i bought in pc express..i just need your help in what kind of videocard would match with a pcie slot in my mobo...just to infrom you that i only have a budgeted amount but i do love to play games...thanx daan sa inyo help and advises..

first, you can check out some price lists (e.g. pc express, pc quickbuys) to get an idea what your budget can get you.
next, check reviews on each card you have selected. finally, you decide what you buy.

you may also want to check out used items on sale here... they're cheaper (and might have better features/performance) but you sacrifice on warranty. you might get lucky as some people here sell brand new items complete with 1 yr warranty.
