    Default Chinese people

    What's common among them?
What do you think they're usually like?
    What's unique to them?

I'm not Chinese, really. Nor do I have a drop of Chinese blood but ever since I started going to school back in kindergarten, the people I really get to hang out with are almost always Chinese. Even my best friends are part Chinese. I just want to know stuff you know...

Chinese people have great value for their culture. What I like most is their value for thriftiness, they help each other in their community especially when it comes to business. Naa gani masunogan, makidnap, they're very united. Dili parehas mga pinoy naa gani mangutang pautangon man tuod pero 5/6 sad. Magsuyaay.

Ari sa states, pinoy ra gyuy dili united. Jewish people dunay community, mga latino united sad sila, samot na mga chinese. Naa gani bag-ong business mahibal-an nila i-open sa ila kababayan mo patronize gyud. Pinoy ay, motabang man gani 5/6 sad, masuya ug naay magnegosyo kay malabwan nya sila. Ambot gyud ning mga pinoy uy mas okay man unta kung united tanan, isig suportaay.

really? my aunt mentioned though that in japan, their Filipino Community there, is so united. they have lots of activites and festivals that we get to see on tape whenever my aunt comes back here.

but i also wanna know why they have to marry fellow Chinese. is it because they're afraid to lose their wealth or something? or is it because they're not so impressed with the ways ordinary Filipinos live their lives?

I have nothing against chinese people ha, pero if it weren't for Marcos' naturalization law, businesses could have been owned by filipinos not by second class citizens. The chinese people paid millions or a lot of thousands of money to become naturalized citizens in the country.

    yeah... you're so right, n'gel...

my chinese friends are great too... i even have a friend right now, who's so in love with this girl. everything could've been perfect but the only prevailing problem is that she's not chinese and because of that, they had to end up the relationship. the guy didnt have a choice. he couldnt risk getting disowned... and i cant blame him for his decision.

dont you think it's kind of unfair? what's the basis for all that anyway?

not sure if what i'm about to say applies to all chinese, maybe it's just my cousin who's half-chinese... but anyway, i've noticed medyo pareho sad sila nato mga pinoy na mag-stereotype sa ubang pinoy from different parts of the country.. i mean kita bitaw mga bisdak naa stereotype sa mga ilocano nga super tihik sila'g kwarta, nya ang mga tagalog mga malambing, and so forth. kini ako cousin magstereotype sad siya's mga cantonese (from hongkong) na isug ug maut kuno'g batasan ni sila. while nindot iyang ipangsulti bahin sa mga taiwanese. hinoon opinion ra seguro ni's ako cousin.

    good point...

i have a cousin too na technically, they're millionaires but it never shows. grabe kau ila pag gunit ug kwarta. when we go out, my aunt, her mom would always see to it na ma save ang kada piso. even if she goes way overboard. naa gani one time, nangaon mi somewhere, she only ordered 2 drinks instead of 5. she convinced us that we'd only need a few sips bisag grabe kau to amo lakaw nya uhaw kau.... plus, KKB pa jud toh!
