how to create dll like shell32 in vb.net

kinsa naay idea or some sample code kung unsaon pag-save sa mga icons, images or pictures sa usa ka class converted into DLL file?... example of this DLL or class is the SHELL32.DLL in windows system...

in VB.NET or C# mga bai

Ang path pointing to an image ang naa sa class not the raw image or kng g draw jd pwede sd pero dako2x ang trabahoon but the way sa imong pangutana path rana.
i.e pic2.jpeg path c:\my documents\my pictures\pic2.jpeg
under sa directory sa c:\my documents\my pictures naa dha ang image.

Assuming you open your IDE either VS(visual studio) or SD(sharp develop) and load your project. Right click to your solution click properties then change the output type to class library then compile, there you have your dll.

what i mean bai kana jud bitaw nga murag ang image ma-upload sa imong class or to a file wherein you can add the file as reference to your other solution... pareha gud sa imagelist bai nga there's no deal even if the image is deleted from a certain path as long as it is saved in the imagelist for example... just like SHELL32.DLL, it is a dll but then there are lots of icons where you can use it...

imo i embedded resource ang images and files sa imo dll bai. so you can delete them but still retain the image inside the dll.

right click ka sa imo project then add-> resources files
ig human ana add dayon ka og mga files sud sa imong dlls.
