    hello, just wanna ask are amino acids safe to take?
    wala ni siya side effects?
    tag-pila mani siya?
    unsa nga brand ang mas effective? wer man makapalit ani?
    unsa ang procedure pag take ani?

    Ok ra ni siya e take, ayaw lang mo palabi kay later in your life ma arthritis nya mo.

    yaw palabe lang take ug amino kung wala kay exercise, if say nag work out ka, no probs jud na cya kay makatabang na ug dako pra pa develop sa muscles. w/ regards sa dosage ana niya it depends on the manufacturer, so far Wieder product is known man about amino acids..

    over the counter ra na xa bai. sa health options ay naa diha minudo na pag baligya. ako marecomend is GNC, ProLab or Weider.
    okai raman na ang amino acid.
    karon ang Weider ako ginagamit. tag 700 ang one pack. 120 capsules ang sulod.

    yah its safe, as long as follow ka instructions & directions...

    naa ko baligya ana bai...suruy lng sa akong store...wisechoice shop....grooundfloor of ching palace restaurant annex building...beside st therese.... barato ra kau ako mga baligya dre bai...
