dude, I'd recommend (just so happens these two games are based on asian horror flicks: i.e. the ring,grudge etc)

so far sa tanan games nako nadula.. F.E.A.R. is the most thrilling/scary game. ulbo akong kaspa sa demo pa lang hehehe

Silent Hill Series (psychological horror, the game that really gets in your nerves)
Alone In The Dark Series (the game that started this genre)
Resident Evil Series (not really that scary but more of the "Shock" value)
Doom 3 (try playing this with all the volume up in your speakers, esp. with sorround sound... and you'll see what I mean)
Clive Barker's Undying (a really good albeit underrated horror FPS, and a nice story too)
