Nope, but I have seen some dodgy copies of Windows XP floating around advertising that it came with SP3.

Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) is currently in development. As of November 2007, Microsoft's web site indicates a "preliminary" release date to be in the first half of 2008.[29] While Microsoft has not made any official statement on feature sets, a document[30] on Microsoft's web site suggests that Service Pack 3 will include additional support for doing true "per-user" application installation. Another webpage[31] suggests improvements on managing the list of "hidden" wireless networks. Otherwise the service pack will only be a collection of security and reliability improvements. It can be downloaded through the automatic updates using a workaround available on WinFuture.[32]

Microsoft has begun a beta test of Service Pack 3.[33] According to a file released with the official beta, and relayed onto the internet, there are a total of 1073 fixes in SP3. An independent study[34] of the beta software shows an apparent 10% increase in overall benchmark speed from the former Service Pack 2.

This update to Windows allows it to be installed without a product key, and be run until the end of the mandatory 30-day activation period without one. The latest testing build of Service Pack 3 is the Release Candidate build, 3244.

yeah of course mga paspas pud na, kay ila naman gpangtangtang ang ubang proggie (sometimes even ang system restore ilang gtangtang- paspas man jud- as what im using now)

sure ko inig-gawas anang original xp sp3, ila na pud ng i-hacked then ilang ibutang "XP SP4"

SP3 don't exist man jud in reality... as you said, hacked sa SP2 so it doesb't make it SP3.
