before starting the development, create a design wireframe and a comprehensive flow chart for the project. let the client review them. once it's approved, this will guide you and the client on how the project should look like and how the website works.
I usually get frustrated. It's normal. But as much as possible, I need to make up with honest and valid reasons with the problem and relay this to the client. If not now, it will happened the next days of our lives.
One of the most important things in dealing with the client is the communication especially reporting the project status.
If experiencing a total failure of the project, I have to learn from it by examining my own mistakes and accept it. There's no mistake in the customer. They are always right.
There's always hope. There are so many days to come to improve in dealing with ourselves.
Always quote a deadline that you can manage. Add a few days or so for hickups and quality checks.
I usually start late, then regret it once the deadline nears.
