video card problem? (restarts while gaming)

i'm thinking this is a video card problem. i have a new pc and so far i haven't experience any other problems when i multi-task/run the pc at full load for an hour or so. but when i play games even old ones like frozen throne..mu restart cya after 15 mins. its brand new and so far i have checked the processor speed/temp/voltage,system temp, & hard disk walay problema. the only questionable thing is my video card.

it's an inno3d factory-overclocked 7300gt ddr3. i checked the specs sa website (kay wala may core speed ang box) and it says its supposed to be overclocked to 500mhz (from a stock at around 400mhz). but when i used rivatuner to check it, it says its running at 560mhz. its temperature sits at around 53 degrees celcius at idle (which is fairly high accdg to overclockers at idle load, but low enough to cause any trouble). i tried to monitor it while playing dota and the max temp was around 55 degrees.

now i know that dili ra kaayo init tong readings niya..but the fact is murestart gyud cya. i havent thought of checking the memory because brand new pa man sad. so i'm planning on underclocking it to 500mhz tonight when i get home, and if it still doesnt work, mupalit kog cooling devices. bati man sad gud ang layout sa msi k9n mobo kay ang pcie-e x16 naa na sa ubos dapit sa casing so possible na wala kaayoy ventilation..about 2 pci slots separates it from the floor of the casing.

anyway naa moy laing ma suggest mga master? mao ra man gud toy suspect nako..hehe. thnx

yup september 2008 na version bro..installan nako tog forceware na nov 8 realese unya before nko i-underclock..

among the things i would check if that happened to me assuming this happened after the usual 24-hour burn-in.
1. proc hsf mounting
2. ram
3. psu
4. vcard hsf mounting (a 2 degree difference between load and idle temps seems not right)

disable the built-in video sa board... a suggestion

generic 500w :/ ok ra man sad ang readings sa voltages aning pakapin na software sa msi bro..then wala may external power connector akong vcard.


btw nag install na ko sa latest drivers..nag restart ra gihapon cya pero at least karon naabtan na kog mga1 hour na dula unlike gahapon mga 15 mins ra haha

accdg sa voltage monitor stable man iyang voltages. kung naa may difference form time to time mga .02v lang..
