Seaview Village (haunted)

To those who know, is the Seaview Village in Lawaan still haunted by the "white lady". I remember being told a lot of stories about many dozen sightings of this white lady (who may have been a ghost of a woman executed back in world war 2) walking near the hanging tree and other places in the neighborhood. There are also many other hauntings of Seaview Village including one man getting wiped with blood while sitting in his backyard and the family who were all in the living room but tried to use the restroom only to be told by someone in the restroom that they couldn't because he was still using it. Or people driving alone in their car and seeing someone seated in the back seat who they did not know.
