Default Help: cannot open a specific website... why?

i don't have any solution to this yet... pls help...

i cannot access http://friendster.com but in the other computer i can.... how bad is it?

probably it is in the security settings and i don't know...

something is wrong... i already tried system restore, uninstallation of browsers, clearing cookies, histories, temporary files, disabling firewall, disablling anti-virus, anti-spamming, anti-spyware, program control... what else that i should do?... formatting my system would be not ideal in this time...

    pls do help

    Assuming your Windows XP OS,

    Try this out,

    Open "Run"
    Execute "notepad.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"
Remove lines with http://friendster.com or http://www.friendster.com

    Close and save

Then try it back on your browser.

If is not succesful, try to create another user account and try it again.
