As per this topic, no I don't think it's proper for a child to interfere with their parent's things without permission. I wouldn't want the same to happen to me once I have children and at present, I wish my own privacy to be respected so I would have to extend the same courtesy to others, particularly to my family.

It's really a matter of trusting each other. Or else, we reap what we sow.

they're old enough that they deserve some privacy (youngest of which is already 25)

this is a simple defense mechanism. if wala kay gitaguan, then why man hadluk ka?

ako bitaw, i always make sure nga dili jud maka hikap ang akong parents sa akong cellphone. my cellphone i came from my hard-earned money. so that's it.... besides, ayaw sab og hilabut sa ilang cellphone...
