My partner and I plan to get married sa Cebu next month. Trying to apply for a marriage license, pero akong concern is if whether or not allowed me to get married sa Cebu knowing that both of us are not from Cebu. We are both from Mindanao.

Just want to ask if allowed ba magpakasal dira even if dili me taga Cebu
