    Default Diet really is everything...


    I've had great increases in physical strength, there were two areas where I was still having issues: brain fog and a feeling of general fatigue through the day along with a tinge of anxiety.
    I wondered why I wasn't seeing any improvements considering that almost all studies suggest that exercise = mental clarity and stamina. But then I realized something; I ate like shit.
    My diet was extremely heavy on bloaty carbs like pasta, white breads, lots of fast food, processed junk, soda, frozen foods, and lots of beer when I got the chance. The only sources of fruits and veggies came from the tomato and lettuce on the cheeseburgers I ate. Naturally, I didn't care too much since on the outside my body still looked pretty great, but on the inside not so much. So I decided to change it up.https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/

    I am trying to lose weight by exercising and eating healthier, but it is so hard after three months of staying home... I am sure that you should count calories, exercise and eat a lot of vitamins and supplements. Maybe you will also find something good for you at eDrugStore.com, for example.
