I recently own a house in one of the subdivisions here in Mactan. Though wala ko nagstay sa house, I already have some things inside and visit my house regularly to check on my stuff and chill. Until covid happened. Wa ko naka balik since strict man ang crossing from Cebu City to Mactan. Until recently pag GCQ na, nibalik ko to check on the house and chill again. To my surprise, wa ko gipasulod sa guard kay pagbuot daw sa President sa homeowners association nga di magpasulod. Ana ko, naa man koy balay dha and its under my name. Wa gihapon ko gipasulod, kay mananghid pa daw sila sa president. They tried calling him but he never responded, and I waited for a few hours until wa nako nakaagwanta nilakaw nalang ko.

My question is, pwede diay ang HOA mo deny ug entry sa owners sa balay? Kisa ninyo naka experience ani?

Same sa amuang subdivision.. ingun ana pod ang patakaran.. basin parehas ta ug subdivision.. hahhaa
