I think this would be a good concept since the local market is starting to adapt to this kind of lifestyle. Cebuanos now have a thing for this kind of places... you can clearly see with the local coffee shops, for example. What more if they can purchase/shop while doing everything in a lounge area. A shopper's paradise.

Also if this shop or store will have excellent customer service, people will come back for more. I, for one, am a sucker for such service. Who isn't right?

But we have to be extra careful with the local market too since Cebuanos are known to be wise-spenders (in the vernacular: TIHIK)... we always wanna get our money's worth.

Will this be a membership type? If so, i'm pretty sure there will be a hierarchy type of membership...just make sure that each level should have ample services suitable for whatever they paid for. As i have mentioned, Cebuanos would really wanna get their money's worth.

I suggest it is best that the first-timers will be given AN "experience" they can never forget so they will have reasons to come back again and again and again. Plus it will enable this type of consumers to make use of one of the most powerful marketing tools- WORD OF MOUTH.

i'm thinking of a gadget shop with a lounge where we can play around with the demo units with a staff that interacts with us... help us out... really casually... hangout place for this kind of crowd. what do you think?

Excellent Customer Service from staff.... MUST Be something like the Starbucks crew... good rates... ample space... relaxing ambiance... very nice interior.. smoking and non-smoking areas- smoking area should be properly ventilated, unless you want something like eastwest na pwerteng baho-a... comfortable furniture- couches! colors should be very suitable for the main purpose... if you want ppl to relax, find a relaxing color or colors that would also be in tune with your products... you know what i mean? ambot what else..... hmmmmmmmmm......
