Probably the best clinic is Aces located in Velez Hospital.
Look for Dr. Victor Cajita and/or Dr. Ted Gonzalez.
Probably the best not only in Cebu, but the whole country and beyond. hehehe. Sounds like I'm doing an Ad. I would go to them If I need a cataract operation myself.

there's also ACES at perpetual soccour.. some docs above also go there... murag 5 to 6 specialist are there with different fields of expertise... they'll refer you to the best person for your needs/problem

My mom who's diabetic had her cataract removed by Dr. Cajita. She was almost 70 yrs old at that time and the operation was successful. Dugay kaayo siya mi decide pa opera kay hadlok mabuta, but then she got courage, karon okay kaayo siya.

ni inquire ko sa ACES.. dili man kaabot ako budget sa ilaha price uy, they are quite expensive. Kinsa man mai-recommend nyo na doctor na affordable ra pero maayo pud. Ako budget is 50-60K ra, both of her eyes are affected with cataract.

pag inquire nako sa ACES, mu range from 80K-100K both eyes..grabe na jud ka mahal uy. then ang ma-cover ra sa philhealth kay around 8-10K ra. maayo unta nga naay makahatag ug recommendation dri nga cheaper pero maayo pud.
