What Do You Think Is the Problem with My PS2?

While playin a game, it hanged all of a sudden, and after which, CD tray wont come out anymore. Theres a game DVD inside, but it wont read it. Its always in the PS2's browser... Anyone got this problem before? Any ideas?

yea, better let a technician see it for more help on your issues... high possibility theres something wrong with the reader, but again to make sure adto sa technician...

bai try to clean the cd/dvd using a microfibre cloth
then try tp use a cotton bud on the lens very carefully...

mao jud bro.. ako ka suway ko ana ako ra g wipe ug cotton ang lens kay usually ma abogan man na.. kundi paau ka dd2 emall 3 ang bayad..

either the ribbon or the lense is dead and wont read anything anymore. needs replacement
