How to wake up early in the morning?
daghana ang alarm ts
ayaw pud itupad nimo imong alarm
dapat naa sa layo para mapugos kag bangon
iset imong mind, body and soul nga mosayo kag mata...
maunhan pa nimog mata imong alarm ana...
sleep early, and as much as possible, avoid using your phones or any gadget before sleeping to get a better quality of sleep. also, never snooze! hehe
