REFERRALS MUST APPLY AND START WITHIN THE PROMO PERIOD
AND MUST GET HIRED FOR ROLES WITH SG 20 TO SG 23
MECHANICS:

• All referrals must be encoded online prior application date.

• Referral should disclose the complete name of referrer on his/her application form and during HR Interview.
• Referrals must be profiled for any SG 20 to SG 23 role to qualify for the promo.
• Employees with referrals who applied and onboarded before the promo period are not eligible.
• Referrer and hired referral will receive 7,500 pesos upon referral’s completion of 1 month and remaining balance of 7,500 pesos will be credited on the nearest payout following completion of 120 days.
