Job Role:
Answer customer inquiries and/or resolve technical issues over the phone, email, chat, web and or through the proactive manageemnt support process. Additional incentives for sales.
Should be a good influencer to the team.
Communication / Soft skills:
- Able to communicate in english effectively (pronounciation, grammar, fluency, spontaneity, sociolinguistics)
- Able to adapt to customer's skill level
- Good customer service skills (ability to empathize and listen to customer needs)
- Can articulate an object in clear detail
Technical skills:
- Computer fundamentals
- Networking (wireless)
- Mircosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technically Savvy
Critical and analytical skills:
- Ability to handle critical situations
Writing skills:
- Able to convey information in writing (grammar, professionalism and coherence, clarity, thought organization)
- Fast typing skills
Desired behavior:
- Possesses good manners and right conduct
- Trustworthy and honest
- Accepts feedback wholeheartedly to improve
- Leadership and sales skills / experience is a plus
Shift:
- Time - Flexible (day or night shift) / Not permanent
- Days-off - Flexible (2 days in a week)
