bitaw bai, i don't think BSP will manipulate data like this as they are "theoritically" politically independent.
and if they do deceive, the world will surely know.
but I understand your reservations.

Bank nlng ta sa idea na dili dyod na imanipulate. So, despite sa Build Build Build sa current administration, ning pagamay ang utang nato. Hmmm.... usa ra dyod pasabot ana.

i think sir wala pa kaayo naapil ang loans for majority of the Build3x projects. i may be wrong nga naa pa sa planning/proposal/bidding phase kasagaran. i think kadaghanan sa ongoing previous administration pa na projects.
sa akong nahibaloan we are still deciding asa ta mangutang. Japan, China, Korea, etc for most projects.

but I would expect nga this year, mudako jud ning utanga, so stay tuned for updates sa Philippines Foreign Debt Tracker.

honestly, I am not really familiar with the details. we are only getting the data from BSP, and created a small web app to present those data in simpler form.
