on the other hand... i think building more infrastructures will attract businessmen...coz the more infrastructures the the more established the city is...soo this whole tunnel and bridge thing could be a statement and at the same time an ease to the trafic...

.....baah, if their reason is traffic then they are too obvious with their corruption. People already accepted the traffic situation on commuting from cebu to mactan and vice versa. Use the money on something useful like, schools and hospitals. Or if they cant build one, just improve our provincial hospitals. Buy books and build chairs and tables for the public schools..
