According to the news, the administration wants to decongest Manila and disperse the development in the regions.
However, ilang plans to decongest Manila, iapil pud unta ang Cebu. Hahahah kay huot na kaayo pud ta.
Unsay tan-aw ninyo, maka decongest kaha jud sa Manila (and Cebu?) or makadungag sa kahuot?
