    Default Question relating to PSU

Naay 3 ka PSU na same ang rating na 500W.

One is worth 600 pesos ang isa which claims to be high end is around 800 to 900 pesos both are from tommade.

Naa pud isa na pang gaming daw tag 2595 which is a 500w aerocool rave.

Unsai nakadako sa price sa aerocool ngano times 2.5 kaayo siya kamahal? Unsai nakalahi sa low end 600 pesos ug high end na tag 800 to 900 pesos na tommade psu?

Also how are aerocool power supplies today? Based on 2013 and 2014 reviews pangit daw siya pero kung tanawon sa youtube most na mugamit ani kai mga pinoy man pud and daghan nig stock sa stores karon.

Those 'more expensive ones' are used with better quality components prolonging life of the PSU (depending sa usage). Power rating is also a factor sa PSU kay it usually handles better wattage (80+; 83+; etc). Some of the better features naas babaw stated by @tabs14

Those 'more expensive' power supplies, mas daghan kag connectors meaning you can use more peripherals compared to the 'generic, cheaper ones'. The more expensive power supplies kay mas dagko usually ug fans for better cooling capabilities.

    Power efficiency rating.

(Old pic. There's Platinum and Titanium now)

Higher ratings = Less heat, Less electricity bills

Like everything else, higher priced PSU's have more features. Such as:
    -Modular Cables
    -High Quality Japanese Capacitors
    -Double-ball bearing/FDB fans
    -Voltage Protection and etc.

Get at least a gold rated PSU from a respectable manufacturer.

Just lately nahurot ug palit ang Corsair. Ang mga nabilin katong Aerocool Rave. Tag 2000 pesos siya.. kung kadtong Corsair HX750i tag 7500 kaayo. Mura rakog nipalit ug another 1050ti.

Pero older titles man gud from 2008 - 2011 like the original Skyrim (2011) akong dulaon mao gaduha duha kog palit ug mahalon na PSU.
