My partner ordered 3 items sa lazada: jbl headset, usb otg, and gorilla pod. 2packages were sent to the stated address, 1st package for otg and heqdset and 2nd for gorillapod. all in COD mop. the first package arrived and only has one box but it indicated sa barcode the headset and otg item yet jbl lang ang sulod sa package. we called the delivery guy sa package 1 dayun ana siya sa lazada lag gyud mu contact. we contacted their helpdesk but wala man sila katubag dayun kay they have to contact the merchant daw but no response after a few days. we initiated a return and refund sa lbc which was really fast. lazada confirmed the return through an email and account notification but they only acknowledged the refund amount for the headset (500+) and didnt even mention anything about the otg (900+ amount). they also sent a message that we can claim the refund sa nearest lbc.
