as usual, after you get the brand new bike-you cannot legally ride it because the dealer will tell you the papers are not yet in place, you need to wait for at least 3 months, etc, etc.
before buying your new bike, read feedbacks about the dealers--especially their customer service/aftersales service...
you may want to read feedbacks from motorcyclephilippines.com forums too.

og yes, gi sapot ko ana nila kay dugay kaayo ni gawas ang papel. geh tawagan nako ang main office sa motortrade sa ako kalagot.

matud pa nila, mas dali mo gawas ang papel sa mga gagmay nga dealer kay ilang style man gud, tigumon nila ang papel before e submit didto sa LTO and they have this pre-defined number of papers nga pede ma process at a single time. say kada submit nila is 10 papers, nya ika 11 ka, so mag huwat napud ka mahuman tong 10.
