How much would it cost me if I'd buy a $20,000 car outside PH? Would like also to know the process and if it is a good idea to hire someone to do the paper works for me.

I'm planning to buy International Scout II or 70's Range Rover. I joined classic car enthusiast/sellers groups on FB; but can't find any. Saw someone selling his scout for just $10,000 in PH but I think that was 7 years ago.
