    Default Batter sa ngohiong recipe


    Kinsa kibaw sa batter/coating sa ngohiong para crispy kau cya? Ako na gi testingan kanang ma google na recipe sa batter dli man makuha. Kasagaran na makita sa google kay cornstarch, paprika etc.. ang uban combine cornstarch ug flour pero dili man gihapon pareha ug output or basig sayop ra pag mixing nako. Unta naay maka hatag info ani.

    Salamat sa pag reply Jackdi! Nag himo himo kog ngohiong nya lamian na kos akong timpla problema lang kay ang coating dli parehos. Either murag biscuit or gahi kau. Lol! 😂😂 sa karon ako ra gi lumpia. Hahaha.. unta naay maka tudlo nako ug coating sa ngohiong kay gi mingaw na kau ko ana. Mantinir nalang kos akong version. Lol. Ako gi tanaw tanan recipe sa google halos pare-parehas ra cla nya dli man mao texture sa ngohiong.

    2 cups cornstarch
    3 tsp paprika
    1 teaspoon white pepper

    But experiment daw on the dip in water+flour portion before frying.
    Like... mag-add ba ron ka'g gamay nga ngohiong powder or other seasonings ... etc.

    Akong usbon bro basig ang sa proportion ra sa tubig ug flour ang secreto ni ana. Ako na actually nabasa una na thread but murag biscuit na gahi ang kalabasan. Dli ba kaha naay specific na flour ang gigamit? Anyways Jackdi, I appreciate your help bro. Salamat kau.
